DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We will drop off and set up between approx (Depending on distance and amount of bookings for that day)8.00 am and 11.30 am.
Collection will be after 6.00 pm (earlier in winter months). We cannot guarantee delivery or collection at a particular time. You
are responsible for the unit until it is collected.
We will require a clear side or rear entry to site on flat grass. We will not deliver if there are any sharp objects or dog mess in site area.
If grass is not available we do need to know in advance so that ground sheets will be used, however we must have a place to secure the unit to. The decision on site suitability is the delivery drivers and is final. If the site is not suitable or we cannot gain entry or contact you for delivery purposes you will still be liable for the full booking fee.
We will require access to a 220v powerpoint within reasonable distance of the site (extention leads are provided)
Do not move an inflatable once it has been erected. Please advise of any steps/obstacles etc when ordering as these units are
heavy and may require two delivery staff.
